Contract signature between MEDREC and ITEC

In the framework of ICAPT (Implementing Climate-smart Agriculture Practices in Tunisia) Project, a call for tenders N°ICT01/2021 was published by MEDREC on June 3rd, 2021. 

The objective of this call for tender is the acquisition and installation of an electrical cabinet consisting mainly of four variable speed drives with a unit power of 355 kW each, aiming to improve the energy efficiency and regulate the flow of the water pumping station of the SONEDE (National Water Distribution Utility) located in Chott el Fejij (Governorate of Gabes). 

Therefore, after financial and technical evaluation of the received offers, ITEC (Integration Technique Et Câblage) has been selected as the successful bidder. Its CEO, Mr Sami ZOUARI, was invited to MEDREC’s office, on the 1st of October, to sign the contract and officially start the installation of the electrical cabinet.
