Etude diagnostique des Périmètres Publics Irrigués (PPIs) dans la zone aval du barrage Nabhena.
Le présent rapport est relatif à l’étude confiée par MEDREC au bureau d’étude AGER, portant sur le diagnostic des périmètres publics irrigués (PPI), dans la zone aval du barrage de Nebhana. Le diagnostic a été effectué en partant d’une approche participative et systémique, considérant à la fois le système d’irrigation, le système de culture, la gouvernance de l’eau et l’environnement socioéconomique.
Il a été effectué dans un premier temps, à travers :
- Un diagnostic global des infrastructures.
- Une enquête « Exploitants ».
- Des entretiens et des ateliers avec les GDA et les principales parties prenantes.
